Sanlorenzo, Perotti Reshape Group Structure

Sanlorenzo has introduced a major organizational restructuring following its recent expansion, including the acquisitions of Simpson Marine and the prestigious Finnish sailboat manufacturer Nautor Swan, previously owned by Leonardo Ferragamo. Under the leadership of Massimo Perotti, the new structure aims to streamline operations and strengthen strategic coordination across divisions.

Tommaso Vincenzi, already Managing Director of Sanlorenzo S.p.A., will now oversee both the Yacht and Superyacht Business Units through two dedicated steering committees. He has been with the company since 2008 and previously served as President of the Yacht Business Unit.

To enhance alignment between the yacht and superyacht divisions, Sanlorenzo has created Sanlorenzo Sales Management, led by Vincenzo Soria as Chief Sales Officer. Soria brings significant experience from his previous sales leadership roles with VMarine across France, Monaco, and northwestern Italy.

Corporate General Management has been assigned to Pier Francesco Acquaviva, who joined Sanlorenzo in 2022 as HR Director and later took on sustainability responsibilities. He will coordinate various corporate functions, including finance, investor relations, human resources, ICT, legal affairs, and sustainability. Attilio Bruzzese, Group CFO, remains responsible for corporate accounting documents.

Finally, new business units have been introduced, each with specific management roles reporting directly to Perotti. These include Sanlorenzo’s Yacht and Superyacht units under Vincenzi, Bluegame led by Carla Demaria, Nautor Swan headed by Giovanni Pomati, and the High-End Service and Charter Fleet under Luca Cristino.
