General Overview

Don Ciro Benetti SD 108 was built in 2002 and totally refitted in 2019, the present owner made it their priority to under go a refit to the hightest standards of comfort, safety and luxury. All new furniture and fittings.
Don Ciro has everything one may desire for a relaxing vacation in the Mediterranean sea: from The Amalfi coast to The Pontine Islands. The Aeolian Islands in Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica.  The Ligurian or Tuscan Riviera, or in the glittering South of France.
Don Ciro has Stabilisers at anchor and Stabilisers underway.
Don Ciro is run by a professional crew of 5.
Based in Castellammare Naples, Italy during the summer and wintered in Genoa, Italy.

Interiors

Don Ciro’s elegant airy salon has a 2mt high ceiling, which emphasizes the sense of space in the main living area. The comfortable lounge is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, guests can then move over to the beautifully laid dining table, accommodating 10 guests for formal dinners. A lovely way to celebrate a special occasion and enjoy Chef Giovanni’s culinary delights.

Don Ciro’s Master Stateroom is located on main deck. It boasts a king size bed, a settee, ensuite facilities with a jacuzzi bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The full-beam VIP cabin located on the lower deck has a king size bed, a spectacular walk-in wardrobe, a settee, ensuite facilities with a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet. The two twin guest cabins are located midship on lower deck.
The port guest twin cabin can convert in a double bedded cabin + additional pullman berth, the starboard twin cabin with additional pullman berth can be a triple. This flexibility is great for a charter party composed of three couples and when there are children. Both have spacious ensuite shower rooms with separate shower compartments, wash basin, bidet, toilet.

Exteriors

Her huge sundeck fitted with a hard top and al-fresco dining is ideal to relax all day long. She even has a Jacuzzi and sunpad on foredeck for children and adults to enjoy.
This Benetti Sail Division 108 offers huge internal and external volumes, latest entertainment equipment, Starlink Wi-Fi SAT connections and a nice array of water toys.

Capitan

Salvatore Costagliola, Italian

Salvatore was born on the lovely island of Procida and has more than 23 years of cruising experience.
When he was very young, he began working onboard commercial vessels and eventually became Master of an oceanographic vessel. He then spent many years as a Captain on multiple vessels before taking the helm of Don Ciro. Above all his excellent navigation abilities, politeness, and ability to manage a crew makes him an valuable Captain.
He’s an expert on the Amalfi and Neapolitan Coasts, and he’s always eager to share his knowledge of these amazing places with his guests.
Salvatore is also a PADI certified diver. His native language is Italian, and he also speaks English

Chef

Giovanni Oteri, Italian

Giovanni Oteri, a culinary maestro hailing from the vibrant Sicilian town of Messina, embodies the essence of Mediterranean cuisine through his unparalleled culinary expertise. At 50 years old, Giovanni boasts a career marked by an unwavering passion for gastronomy, earning him a distinguished reputation among the culinary elite.
His culinary journey has been adorned with experiences in prestigious kitchens, notably showcasing his talents at renowned establishments like Raya in Panarea. Giovanni’s dishes are a harmonious fusion of tradition and creativity, each plate a testament to his deep-rooted connection to Sicilian culinary heritage and his flair for innovation.
His dedication to sourcing the finest local ingredients and his profound understanding of flavors result in gastronomic creations that tantalize the senses and leave an indelible mark on the palate.

Chief Stewardess

Eisenia Guardado Villavicencio, Mexican

Eisenia, born in 1992 in Mexico but now living in Italy, brings her hospitality background and passion for service to the maritime industry after several years working in restaurants and hotels. She served as a stewardess on yachts during 2022 and 2023, assisting in boat shows by welcoming guests and preparing drinks. Her role expanded during the summer of 2023 as she worked onboard a 26-meter charter motor yacht, demonstrating her versatility and dedication in providing exceptional service. Motivated, hardworking and virtuous, Eisenia approaches her work with genuine commitment and a strong sense of responsibility. Her experience in multidisciplinary jobs has equipped her with valuable skills that she seamlessly applies to her role as a service provider onboard yachts. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, Eisenia excels in effective communication, ensuring smooth interactions with crew members and guests alike.

Second Stewardess

Mariya Krihan, Italian

Maria Krihan, a 24-year-old from Genoa, Italy, embodies versatility and adaptability. Formerly a waitress, her journey took a captivating turn when she ventured into the world of yachting. During summer of 2022, Maria served as a stewardess on a prestigious yacht, honing her skills in hospitality and service amidst the waters and since 2023 she has been onboard Don Ciro as second stewardess.
She thrives in her role onboard Don Ciro, where her dedication shines. Fluent in Italian, whilst speaking basic Russian, Maria effortlessly bridges cultural gaps.
Maria’s passion for the maritime lifestyle is palpable; she exudes warmth and professionalism in her interactions, fostering an inviting atmosphere for everyone aboard. Her journey from waitressing to stewardessing reflects her willingness to embrace new experiences, learn, and evolve a testament to her resilience and determination in pursuit of her dreams on the high seas

Engineer

Skander Boutadara, Tunisian

Skander, originally from Tunisia, is a dynamic individual who currently resides in Genoa, Italy. Born in 2001, Skander has established himself as a skilled professional in the maritime industry. Since 2021, he has been actively engaged as an Official of Deck on various vessels, where he excels in a multitude of responsibilities.

His role encompasses a wide array of tasks including conducting watch shifts, overseeing mooring and disorganizing operations, handling anchor usage, performing deck maintenance, managing engine room operations, and overseeing watertoys such as jet skis and seabobs. 

Skander is fluent in both Italian and Arabic, which serve as his first languages. Additionally, he possesses a strong command of English and has a basic understanding of French.

Rates and Terms

Don Ciro Benetti SD 108 Charter MotorYacht weekly rates: (MYBA, WMT)

High Season: August/July: € 59.000,00;
Low Season: All Other Months: €54.000,00;

VAT applicable (22% in Italy / 20% in France / 18% in Malta)

DON CIRO offers 5% brokers commission bonus on any low season charter contracted (May, June, September, October)

Rates include: Fully equipped yacht hire, yacht insurance, crew food and wages, usage of water toys on board, and yacht laundry fees.

Rates do not include: guests’ food and beverages, fuel for the yacht, fuel for the tender and the water toys, dockage fees (if any), communication costs (if any), cruising permit fees (protected areas, National Parks, etc…), personal laundry fees, crew gratuity, VAT where applicable.
