Following the initial phone call or email, your dedicated charter agent will send you a selection of luxury yachts based on your preferences. Each charter yacht will be presented with a digital brochure, along with detailed information on yacht pricing and charter terms. After reviewing the brochures, feel free to contact us for a more in-depth discussion to help you focus on one particular charter motor yacht. Once you’re ready, you can proceed to book your exclusive yacht and receive the Charter Agreement for careful review. Once your yacht is booked, you and your guests will be asked to fill out a preference sheet, which helps the yacht crew prepare in advance to deliver the best possible experience. This form covers important details such as dietary restrictions, food allergies, medical conditions, water sports preferences, fin and wetsuit sizes, and any special events or anniversaries during the charter period. You can also specify your favorite magazines, newspapers, and your preferences for drinks, cocktails and wines. Once the preference sheet is in the hands of the Captain, chef, and chief stewardess, they may reach out directly via phone or email to clarify any additional details. The Captain will also want to discuss your preferred itinerary, or if you’d like, he can suggest the best routes based on his expertise of the sea and the specific cruising area. His recommendations take into account wind directions, local attractions, anchorages and berth availability, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Many first-time charterers often try to plan a very full schedule, aiming to visit as many destinations as possible. However, this can turn into a challenging race to complete a rigid itinerary, leaving little time to truly relax. Instead, we encourage a more leisurely approach—allowing time to enjoy a swim, a walk on shore, or a romantic candle-lit dinner at anchor, perhaps accompanied by a local guitarist playing traditional songs.
