General Overview
Tananai charter motoryacht was built in 2008 by Terranova Yachts, refitted in 2016 and constantly maintained to the high standards; sophisticated style and engineering were cared by Barracuda Yacht Design. Immaculate condition for Tananai charter motoryacht, which overflows with character and offers a sense of purpose through her distinctive profile and “retrò” look inspired from the rounded corners and flowing line of the most stylish ship from the 1950’s and 1960’s periods. Tananai charter motoryacht can accomodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites. Crew of 6.
Tananai has stabilizers at anchor, stabilizers underway.
Based in Rome but flexible for the whole West Mediterranenan.
Interiors
Stylish Tananai charter motoryacht spreads out 4 decks, impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her the ideal charter yacht for socialising and entertaining with family and friends thanks to her huge living space. She boasts an amazing open space provided with large windows offering a panoramic view. Tananai charter motoryacht can accomodate 12 guests in 6 cabins: 1 Master Cabin on upper deck with ensuite facilities and cockpit view. The lower deck hosts: 1 full beam Queen VIP suite with priviate facilities plus 4 twin cabins. 6 crew members to ensure top service and a relaxed luxury yachting experience.
Exteriors
Plenty of relaxing and sunbathing spaces throughout Tananai on her three open bridges; accessing the sea is easy and comfortable through the bathing platform and the wide cockpit provides an ample shaded lounge area. The third bridge is the best “chilling” sunbathing zone with Jacuzzi, wide mattresses and movable furnitures allowing to manage spaces on the guests’ requirements basis.
2023/2024: The owner of Tananai has rearranged the living spaces by creating a lounge area aft on the main deck, where the dining table used to be located; this relaxation area features a circular sofa that follows the wall of the cockpit and three additional comfortable sofas arranged in a “C” shape.
Therefore, the upper deck has been dedicated to the dining area; it offers a large table for 12 guests shaded by two large umbrellas and curtains covering the entire floor area.

Crew
Captain – Salvatore Iaccarino, Italian
Salvatore is from Naples and has been sailing since he was 16 years old. He is a very experienced sailor/engineer and a sea lover. Salvatore used to be Captain on Popotine, a yacht whose owner is the same as Tananai’s and since summer 2021 he has been proud to be Captain onboard Tananai. Salvatore worked on merchant ships, fishing ships and pleasure yachts when he was younger. He’s a very professional and good willing man as well as being a good technician too. His cheerful and serviceable disposition alongside with his can-do attitude has allowed him to perform many successful charters and many excellent references over the last 13 years. Salvatore speaks basic English and Italian of course his native language as mother tongue.
Chef – Michele Scotto, Italian
Michele is 38 years old and is Italo/american. Michele is a young and good willing guy. He was born in Naples where he spent his childhood, from Italian father and American mother, so he speaks English as mother tongue. From a young age Michele has been a keen sailor and fisherman. He degreed at the Nautical School when he was 19 and followed his passion for cooking, so he started at once to pursue his career as chef. For 7 years he worked as first chef in a restaurant in the USA. Back to Italy in 2006 he was employed as chef/deckhand on a private yacht and he liked that experience so much that he decided to keep on working at sea. From that time up to now Michele has improved his experience on private and charter yachts as chef and “factotum”; charter guests always appreciate his cooking cause, thanks to his Italian heritage and his long experiences abroad, he is able to blend tastes from all the world to the classical Mediterranean cuisine. His sunny character and polite manners make him an excellent team worker.
English mother tongue and speaks fluent Italian.
Deckhand – Antonio Gelso, Italian
Antonio born in Trani in Puglia where he worked for more than ten years as a mooring opertaor on a M/Y Marchi 50 ft. During this period he maintaned other abilities onboard such as maintanace and general up keep of the yacht.
From May to September 2022 he worked on M/Y Amir III 85 Sport as deckhand.
Antonio is a multi tasker which means he has many skills up his sleeve including being very handy in the kitchen.
Antonio is great when working under pressure, he is ambitious and determined.
His love for the sea is what makes him an overall great crew member.
Antonio speaks Italian as his native language and good English.
Cheif Stewardess – Giuseppina Mennella, Italian
Giuseppina was born in Ischia and from a young age has always been strongly motivated and a great asset to a team. In fact she started her first on board experience in 2022 as a hostess, taking care of many duties from cleaning to dining services and also helped out in the kitchen when needed.
This experience has increased her passion for the profession and is proud to be a new crew member on board Tananai.
Giuseppina is a polite and willing, aswell as being a determined and a quick learner.
She speaks Italian as a native and basic English.
Engineer – Vincenzo Maiorano, Italian
Vincenzo, born in 1996 in Ischia, Naples, brings a wealth of experience to the maritime realm as a seasoned professional deckhand. Currently embarking on his second season aboard Tananai, he has previously honed his skills in various culinary roles, including stints at esteemed establishments such as Il Giardino in Ischia, Italy, and restaurants worldwide, spanning from Sydney to France.
Known for his courtesy and precision, Vincenzo possesses a natural aptitude for rapid learning, coupled with outstanding organizational skills. He thrives as a team player and exhibits technical proficiency in boat care and maintenance, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety protocols.
A native Italian speaker, Vincenzo is also proficient in English and possesses a basic understanding of French.

Tananai Terranova 115 Charter Motoryacht weekly rates (MYBA, WMT):
RATES 2024:
High Season: July/August and events € 85.000,00;
Low Season: Other Months € 75.000,00.
RATES 2025:
High Season: July/August and events € 93.000,00;
Low Season: Other Months € 83.000,00.
VAT EXEMPT
TANANAI is a pleasure yacht which performs the Italian “occasional charter” and it is NOT subject to the Italian VAT.
The yacht offers embarkation in Italian ports and marinas only.
Rates include: Fully equipped yacht hire, yacht insurance, crew food and wages, usage of water toys on board, yacht laundry fees.
Rates do not include: guests food and beverages, fuel for the yacht, fuel for the tender and the water toys,
dockage fees (if any), communication costs (if any), cruising permit fees (protected areas, National Parks, etc…), personal laundry fees, crew gratuity.
