General Overview

MANU V is a Leopard 34 m available for charter, built in Italy by the famous Cantieri dell’Arno and launched in 2010. She had a total refit in 2022 of all the interiors and the layout of the main deck has been customized to make Manu V one of a kind. She can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms, with 5 crew members waiting on their every need.

Manu V has stabilisers underway.

Based in La Spezia but flexible for the whole Mediterranean.

2024 cruising plan:
June: Italian Riviera, Portofino, Cinque Terre
July: Sardinia and Corsica without delivery fees
August and September: Naples and Amalfi Coast (€ 5.000 lump sum delivery fees applicable to every charter starting in Naples)

Interiors

Designed by Rodriguez and Andrea Bacicalupo, with her very elegant and refined interiors, comfortable living area with large white soft sofas and a 85” Sony 4k TV. Manu V has a spacious dining table with a bar that then leads out on to the astern cockpit.

The night area offers accommodation for 10 guests in 5 luxurious cabins, they all have new top quality memory gel mattresses with toppers. Owner Cabin with King Size double bed and 2 walk in wardrobes , 1 VIP Cabin with Queen size double bed on Main Deck which has a double bathroom “à la Française”, 1 VIP Cabin with a Queen size double bed, 1 Guest Cabin with a double bed and 1 Guest Cabin with 2 single beds on lower deck. Every cabin has its own ensuite bathroom, box shower, wash basin and bidet.

Total refit specifications:

New VIP Cabin on the main deck, new bathroom, new fittings and and living area configuration on the main deck, new furniture, new bar area, new sofas, new curtains, new tables and chiars. New audio/visual and tv equipment.
New carpets, curtains and bed fittings in all of the cabins. New leather head boards for all the beds in all the cabins. New floorings and top surfaces of the basins in all of the cabins.
New King size bed, new bed side tables and furniture in the Owner cabin.
New wall partitions and wall coatings in the corridors.

Exteriors

Manu V has an extensive deck with an open air dining area, the perfect place to be wined and dined whilst enjoying many spectacular views.  She offers a spacious hydraulic bathing platform astern to relish in the sunshine and take a refreshing dip in the surrounding crystal clear water. The bathing platform gives access to the garage where the tender and the water toys are stored. Aswell as a spascious sundeck area, the foredeck offers another comfortable sitting environment perfect for the sunset “aperitivo”.

New sofas, tables and chiars, new upholstery, new sun umbrellas, sun deck cushions and outside furniture in the exterior area.

Equipment

TV living area 85” Sony 4k, TV VIP Cabin main deck 55”, with a Playstation 5, TV Owner cabin 55”, TV VIP Cabin 40”, TV Guest cabin 30”. Each area can be controlled individually by iPad systems that are connected to the internet.  The inside and outside WI-FI is connected with a GSM 4.5 G. network. The outside audio system can be controlled by an App from a smartphone. (SONOS)

Tender and water toys: Tender Williams Sportjet 435, 1 SEABOB F5 with a fast charger, Inflatable JOBE, 1 Droplet – 1 hotseat – 1 SUP, Inflatable net 4x4mt protection against jellyfish, Snorkeling equipment, Wakeboard.

Bentley continental flying spur is available in homeport (La Spezia) for guest transfers.

Capitan – Michele Mazzella di Cecaro, Italian

Michele, 52 years old, Italian. Born in Monte di Procida surrounding Naples where he started sailing as a young 14-year-old boy alongside his father. His journey started as a deckhand one summer which then evolved into a greater passion for sailing than he had originally imagined. After finishing secondary school, he went on to get a nautical diploma, during the summer he worked on pleasure yachts and in the winter on tankers and chemical vessels. This was also fruitful for him to complete his CLC licence in 2003. Michele then worked for 5 seasons on a pleasure and charter yacht for a famous Italian football player, here he had his first approach with charter yachts. After he worked for a further 15 years for the same private owner starting with a Pershing 76 and then a Pershing 90, followed by a Mangusta 108. Then he ran other 2 Mangusta 108 one of which was for charter. Michele is an enthusiastic and cheerful person, overall, very passionate about his job which has accompanied him throughout his whole life. Michele speaks Italian as his native language and English.

Chef – Daniele Vismara, Italian

Daniele is an Italian chef born in 1989, in Giussano (MB) and he stands out as a culinary figure with exceptional talent. Following the completion of his hospitality studies, he embarked on his career as a commis chef before swiftly climbing the ranks through positions as sous-chef to eventually becoming a private chef at prestigious hotels and luxury yachts around the world. Daniele also worked on yacht touring the world for two years. In these environments he’s demonstrated not just deep ingredient knowledge, but also prowess in crafting menus for events like parties, ceremonies, and gala dinners.
Working as chef on yachts Daniele has honed his culinary skills and acquired excellent mastery of international and Mediterranean cuisines, along with notable expertise in pastry and baking. Daniele accommodates a global clientele with a diverse menu, including exotic dishes, while respecting various cultural and dietary preferences.

His profile reflects a unique combination of culinary talent, hands-on experience, and a strong passion for gastronomic excellence, making him a valuable asset for any high-level culinary professional environment. Daniele also stands out for his communication skills, essential in dealing with clients and guests on board vessels, demonstrating remarkable flexibility and adaptability even in the most challenging situations.
Italian mother tongue, Daniele has good comprehension and
communication skills in English.

Stewardess – Ana Jaramillo Burgos, Spanish 

Ana is a seasoned stewardess with a wealth of experience in the yachting industry. With a decade-long tenure, Ana has honed her skills to manage the interior of luxury yachts with finesse. Her expertise spans 5-star service, silver service, bartending, and wine knowledge. She excels in laundry, housekeeping, wardrobe tasks, floral arrangements, and table decorations. Ana is meticulous in watchkeeping, stowage for sea, and security protocols. Her calm and reflective demeanor, coupled with a passion for teamwork, make her an asset on any vessel. Additionally, Ana’s background in childcare and sailing instills confidence when catering to families and handling deck duties.
Ana has extensive experience in fulfilling interior duties aboard yachts as a solo stewardess and assisting during docking maneuvers, yet despite this, she thoroughly enjoys working as part of a team.
Spanish mother tongue, Ana also speaks English and Italian.

Deckhand – Rochelle Doughty, English

Rochelle, a British native born in 2001, is a confident, determined, and dynamic individual with a strong desire to learn. She aspires to establish herself as a reliable, energetic, and professional deckhand while cultivating her passion for the sea. Coming from a family with ties to the Royal and Merchant Navy, she is motivated by her ambition to excel in her chosen field and constantly improve her skills. Rochelle is fascinated by the challenges of maritime environments and is working towards her Yachtmaster Offshore certification, to broaden her expertise and embrace new responsibilities.
Since 2022, Rochelle has served as a deckhand on private motor yachts exceeding 40m in length. Her duties have included full deck maintenance, oil changes, engine room maintenance, and tender driving. She has also been entrusted with anchoring, docking, and refueling tasks. Furthermore, Rochelle has prepared sailing yachts for regattas, undertaking responsibilities such as washdowns, polishing, sail preparation, interior detailing, and general race preparation.
During her most recent role aboard the 44m private m/y “4US” Rochelle expanded her knowledge of maintenance products and gained experience in driving jet tenders and twin outboard chase boats. She consistently performed 12-hour anchor watches, demonstrating her commitment and reliability.
She’s a native English speaker and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.

Engineer – Massimiliano Tonini, Italian.

Massimiliano, 44 years old, Italian, was born in Frosinone. He began his career working with Captain Michele from 2003 to 2008. After parting ways, Massimiliano worked as a deckhand on several yachts, including a Codecasa 36m that circumnavigated the globe for 2 years starting in 2008. Following this, he worked on a Terranova 115 and a Mangusta 92. In 2020, Massimiliano reunited with Michele to work together once again on ManuV.
Massimiliano is fluent in Italian and has a basic knowledge of English.

 

Rates and Terms

MANU V LEOPARD 34 Charter MotorYacht weekly rates: (MYBA, WMT)

High Season: August & July: € 80.000,00;
Low Season: All Other Months: € 75.000,00.

Daily rate all year round: € 13.300,00

(€ 5.000 lump sum delivery fees applicable to every charter starting in Naples)

Monaco GP (5 days): € 60.000
Cannes Film Festival (11 days): € 99.000

VAT applicable depending on cruising area.

Rates include: Fully equipped yacht hire, yacht insurance, crew food and wages, usage of water toys on board, yacht laundry fees.

Rates do not include: guests food and beverages, fuel for the yacht, fuel for the tender and the water toys,
dockage fees (if any), communication costs (if any), cruising permit fees (protected areas, National Parks, etc…), personal laundry fees, crew gratuity, VAT where applicable.
